HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the order information we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging your order shipping, and providing you with receipts and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this order information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When you have agreed to the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the device information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. DELIVERY OF PACKAGES
All our products are shipped within Sweden with 6-12 days traceable shipping with Postnord if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock in our Swedish warehouse, your product will be shipped from our foreign warehouse after 1-6 days with 6-18 days traceable shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link where you can track your order.
PACKAGE PICKUP
If for any reason you do not pick up your package from the post office and it has been returned, we will charge a fee of $35.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED DESPITE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
If your order has not been received and we have proof that it has been delivered (according to the delivery note from our carrier), we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the delivery has been made. In such cases, we are unfortunately unable to offer any compensation or take any action.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you.
